CANCELLATION POLICIES:

To cancel your booking of a Spanish course or accommodation you must send us an email, or personal notice at the school secretary as soon as possible.
Refunds
- If you cancel over 60 days before the first day that your course starts you will receive 90% refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel between 59 & 16 days before the first day that your course starts you will receive 50% refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel between 15 & 0 days before the first day your course starts, and during your program: no refunds given. You can cancell your services and you can take the remaining services in a different date, without expiration date. This way you always can take the whole program. We request a prior notice of two weeks in advance.
- All refunds have an administrative extra charge of 15% on the amount refunded and this charge does not include taxes( IVA 21%).
Cancellations are valid only when they are made by email to the following address: info@patagoniaschool.com or directly with the legal owner of the school lilianantonuccio@patagoniaschool.com or by personal notice at the school secretary. In each case, cancellation fees and administrative charges are applicable. Patagonia School will not review its cancellation policies in any situation.
Taxes are 21 % of the course.
How do we refund?
We will use the same method you used to pay for your course.
Absence of the student, getting late to class or leaving earlier, don’t imply any kind of discount or class recovery.

• Starting the course involve an agreement with these terms and conditions if you accept to contract the course online.
• Days and hours of the courses are arranged prior to the beginning of these, thus they cannot be modified, except for the one-on-one private classes.
• The courses with price promotions don’t have a student number limit. Normal courses have a maximum of 4 students per class.
• Classes are given in Spanish, with Basic English in the beginner levels.
• All courses must be paid in full, first day of class. If not, you cannot enter the classroom.
• In the One-on-one classes, we work strictly on what the students decides, and material and literature according to their needs is sought.
• In group and private classes we work with a book and different study materials, according to the student’s level.
• Private courses are organized into levels, same as group classes, thus not envolving the study of subjects not corresponding to the student´s level.
• This school remains closed exclusively on international holidays: Christmas, New Year and Labor’s Day. Missing classes are recovered that same week, one extra hour per day. In the case the student doesn´t want to take this extra hour, there will be no refund or discount for the missing class.
• If the student misses a class, they have no free make up for it. If the student wants to recover, the cost of a standard extra lesson will be charged.
• If the teacher misses the class, the student has a make up class. This class can be taken all in one day or divided as extra hours, depending the availability of the student and of Patagonia School.
• The lodgings arrenged by the school: Private or shared apartments, homestay or cabins should be paid at the school. It is forbiden to make deals between students and homestay owners. If someone re-arranges prices out of the school, the student will be expelted and the person wont get the money back.
• The courses with price promotions don’t have a student number limit. Normal courses have a maximum of 4 students per class.

Homestay:

The minimum time for staying is one week (7 nights). If you will be staying less time, you must pay for the full week. The room must be free at 10:00 AM, for the family may need it. In the case of staying in the room alter this time, you must pay an extra day of accommodation.

Important: A homestay with a family includes: Breakfast and dinner but does not include kitchen access and laundry.

If it is necesary a change in the Homestay, it will be necesary to inform it one week in advance, we always accept move you to a different family. The family has not the responsability of changes in the program, budget and other activities of the students, if there is a change in the staying the student will have to pay the full weeks signed in the form.
Homestay must be payed in full until first day of lessons.
